  5. This set of new AWeb Plugins for animation and image 
  6. display was being developed by another third party 
  7. programmer, and was intended for release with v3.0.
  8.  
  9. Unfortunately, it has yet to be completed, and we 
  10. have had no recent contact from the author.  It now
  11. seems unlikely it will be finished, and we extend
  12. our appologies to our customers for the problem.

  14. On the other hand, another author has released a
  15. new plugin for GIF animation and progressive image
  16. display.  See the AnimGIF entry for further info.
